EXCON Revision Services are designed to check compliance with contractually agreed guidelines, the focus being on control and determination of financial results. Further important elements include the identification of potentials for optimization and gradual familiarization of the party to be reviewed with the review concept.

Reviews – checks combined withcounseling

As in its audit activities, EXCON also attaches great importance to absolute neutrality and a fair and respectful treatment of dealers when it comes to reviews. To demonstrate our willingness to carry out reviews in a spirit of partnership, EXCON Revision Services staff, before conducting a review, offer modules which can help the dealer to prepare himself for the review:

• Market observation (communication between car maker and dealer network in a market) Dealer training (general briefing on manufacturer guidelines)
• Individual dealer training (counseling a dealer on compliance with the guidelines based on his concrete local conditions)

The items to be checked in the review proper are determined together with the car maker based on the guidelines communicated to the dealers.
