EXCON Clearance Services

Our Clearance Services are designed to focus on loss prevention rather than loss adjustment, in other words, to remedy breaches of financing and leasing agreements before a loss occurs. This is achieved, in particular, by the counseling and mentoring of customers. EXCON becomes active before "the horse is stolen", and the leasing or loan agreement has to be terminated. By developing a wide range of activities with a view to reaching an amicable settlement with the customer, EXCON is able to restore compliance with contractual obligations. Our range of services includes comprehensive counseling and mentoring, reminders, high-pressuring by telephone and visits on the premises. Our measures range from endeavors to achieve a settlement of debts to the impounding of the asset financed.
