EXCON offers its clients Europe-wide audits as a complete package, from conception through implementation, control and evaluation to reporting, including suggestions for optimizing procedures. EXCON audits also differ from conventional audits by greater emphasis being placed on consultancy.

EXCON audits are an important tool for dealer network development. Purposive quality audits allow us, for instance, to identify weak points, and optimize processes so as to enhance the quality of the dealer network. For implementing process changes even more effectively, it may sometimes be preferable not to give advance notice of audits, but to carry out mystery audits instead.
